We offer from time to time products such as real estate reports, analyses, charts, tables, spreadsheets, tutorials, e-books, and the like, for SUBSCRIPTION / PURCHASE. Notwithstanding the foregoing, some terms and conditions apply with regard to their acquisition, use, and reference [PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY SUBSCRIPTION / PURCHASE IF THERE IS RESERVATION ON OR (POTENTIAL) DISAGREEMENT TO ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN]:

A) Copyrights = the copyrights to the products of such subscription / purchase rest with Zeppelin and / or the relevant authors whose consent in writing is required prior to copying, duplicating, or the like.

B) Publication = the publication rights to the products of such subscription / purchase rest with Zeppelin and / or the relevant authors whose consent in writing is required prior to publishing or the like.

C) Distribution = the distribution rights to the products of such subscription / purchase rest with Zeppelin and / or the relevant authors whose consent in writing is required prior to distributing or the like.

D) Products = are roughly described herein to include but not limited to real estate reports, analyses, charts, tables, spreadsheets, tutorials, e-books, and the like, irrespective of their content format, author source, publishing frequency (one off or regular etc), distribution arrangement, and the like. 

E) Subscriber specific = the products are meant for reference by the specific subscriber / purchaser only and no responsibility or liability whatsoever is owed to other unrelated or unintended parties.

F) Time-limited-specific reference only = the products are meant for overall-general reference only and the content expressed therein constitutes at best the view at the time they are authored / created / written. The applicability and relevance of such products may change with changing circumstances or over time.

G) Seek professional advice = In any event, readers / subscribers / purchasers / customers / investors are highly advised to seek proper professional consultation prior to making any investment or decision.

H) Exclusion of liability = In any event, Zeppelin (or Real Estate Tech) including its staff, executives, managers, directors, associates, consultants, advisors, professionals, and / or joint-cooperative partners etc do NOT take any responsibility or assume any liability for claims, losses, or damages arising out of the reference to the content contained in such products or for any mistake, error, omission, and / or the like which may be contained therein. [NOTE = the subscriber / purchaser is deemed to have agreed, when subscription or purchase is made, to have forfeited his or her right to any mediation, arbitration, and / or legal means in the Hong Kong SAR or other jurisdictions, in the event there is dispute on the subscription / purchase between the subscriber / purchaser and Zeppelin. In the event compensation is somehow to come from Zeppelin to the subscriber / purchaser, for whatever reason or reasons justified or unjustified, and irrespective of the identity of the party or parties in default, the subscriber / purchaser via the act of subscription / purchase has agreed to limit his or her total compensation to a maximum equal to the total cumulative payment which Zeppelin has received from the subscriber / purchaser to the day of the dispute, with such cumulative payment not exceeding, i.e. limited to, a maximum and equivalent of the cumulative payment received from the subscriber / purchaser by Zeppelin in the immediate 12 months before the dispute arises and related to the disputed product or products ONLY].

I) No continuity is guaranteed or promised = While Zeppelin intends to publish such products in a diligent manner, Zeppelin reserves the right to stop authoring, publishing, or distributing the products and to do so at its sole discretion and on its own time schedule. No responsibility or liability is owed to any reader / subscriber to provide or continue with such subscription / purchase service. [NOTE = where prepayment has been made for any of the subscription product, the unused portion will be refunded within 3 months from the date of termination without interest PROVIDED the termination is made by Zeppelin. NO refund whatsoever will be made for issues or portions delivered, or for that matter, where the termination is made by the subscriber, no refund will be made even for unused issues or portions].

J) Content changed without notice = Zeppelin can change / alter the content contained in the products when / after they are published without notice. No responsibility or liability is owed to any subscriber / purchaser for changed content which include but is not limited to changes in the format, style, language, graphic, or the like. [NOTE = However, subscribers and purchasers may ask for the latest (changed) edition of the same issue or version of the product in question from Zeppelin without extra charge provided the subscriber / purchaser has already paid for the original edition of the same issue or version of the product in question]. [Note: Sponsorship = the content contained in the subscribed / purchased products may include sponsored messages, advertisements, or advertorials etc and subscribers / purchasers are deemed to have agreed to their inclusion]. 

K) Cancellation by subscribers = subscribers can opt to cancel the subscription at any time by serving a notice via email 1 month prior to such cancellation. However, no refund will be made even for the unused or remaining issues, where any.

L) Termination by Zeppelin = Zeppelin reserves the right to terminate the free subscription to any of the or all subscribers / purchasers without the need to give cause and at its sole discretion and for that matter, the entire subscription / purchase service or part thereof.

M) Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) = are deemed to apply, if and when applicable, irrespective of which jurisdiction the reader / subscriber generally resides.

N) The subscriber / purchaser is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to ALL of the foregoing terms and conditions PRIOR to subscribing / purchasing any of Zeppelin's products for subscription / purchase. The mere receipt by the subscriber / purchaser of the product is deemed to signify and imply the (continued) full acceptance and agreement to the foregoing terms and conditions. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY SUBSCRIPTION / PURCHASE IF THERE IS RESERVATION ON OR (POTENTIAL) DISAGREEMENT TO ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN.
