      has over 20 years of experience in real estate development, investment, 
      management, marketing and consulting spanning 
      Hong Kong / 
      China / Asia to North America. Prior to joining 
		Zeppelin, Stephen had held senior management positions with 
		publicly listed corporations and major organizations. His interest covers areas 
		of real estate analysis, investment strategy, 
      and portfolio allocation in 
      addition to backgrounds in facility management, sales & leasing, project management 
		and building economics. Stephen has participated in the development, 
		investment, management and marketing of residences, offices, retail 
		facilities, hotels, resorts, industrial complexes and specialist 
		buildings including several large scale mixed-use developments. Total 
		value handled to date is estimated to be around

		Stephen  
      holds Bachelor degrees in building economics from the 
      University of Hong Kong  
      
		(HKU)  
      and a Masters in Real Estate Development from the
      Massachusetts Institute of 
		Technology  (MIT). 
      He is / has been also a member of 
		the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK), Hong Kong Institute 
		of Surveyors, American Association of Cost Engineers, Canadian Institute 
		of Quantity Surveyors,  North American Real Estate Investment Trusts,  
      and the Hong 
		Kong Institute of Facility Management, and has his professionalism 
      recognized by CECA (the equivalent of a Cost 
      Engineering Institute in China). He is also a Hong Kong Licensed Real Estate 
		Agent and a Registered Professional Surveyor (QS).
